Enhanced Care, Resuscitation and Pre-Hospital Education
Getting the right people with the right qualifications to a patient quickly is key. Enhanced and Immediate Care teams do just that by supplementing the ambulance crews.
Our team is split into various grades as we help support our members to continue in their professional development. The grading is decided based upon clinical skill and against a role descriptor, in accordance with the pre-hospital emergency medicine framework.
Wherever and whenever patients need Enhanced Care, BASICS South East clinicians are there to support the provision of any of the emergency services.
100% professional, 100% volunteer
All our clinicians are volunteers and respond without any funding from the NHS.
The Charity has to raise funds to buy the critical lifesaving equipment we need to help those requiring enhanced care.
