October saw the return of our regular education series. Under the direction of the BASICS South East Education Lead, we are delivering a varied programme of pre-hospital education focussed on enhancing our clinical skills and knowledge. All so that we can deliver even better care to those in need.
The first in this new education series was a session on drowning, with just under 500 miles of coastline in our operational area as well as many inland waterways, lakes and quarries, drowning is one of the many critical incidents that we may attend to provide enhanced clinical care and support.
